This is Cameron Reed as painted by Robert Mearns. Cam and I produced a show called Mr. Bojungles and the Psycho Safari (Matt Aiken always hated that title...thanks again Emily Carr) at a little spot called Midtown, that's now the Bangtown Saloon on Pender at Richards. His music project Babe Rainbow is right up my alley.
